Yes. Previous business experience would be seen as advantages but is not essential. Rollacosta – is very focused on where individuals are going, not necessarily where they have been! Today we are present in 6+ Countries… 50+ Cities and majority of the franchise had no prior experience, they were all fresher when they approached us but today, all of them are running the Rollacosta successfully. Some have even opted for our other Brands like Juice Lounge, Chaat Ok Please and Vada Box

The Initial Investment for building a Rollacosta unit in India is estimated at around 9 to 12 Lakhs for a Indoor Wooden Kiosk selling only Rollas, Shawarma, Burgers & Sandwiches with it. This includes the entire Kiosk structure, all required equipments etc. These totals include an Initial Setup Fee of 3 Lakhs for a Kiosk / OTC Rollacosta. For more details refer to the Business Models’ which we send to you after you fill up our Franchisee Inquiry Form.

An Outdoor Waterproof Kiosk made up of ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) & Korean Material would cost approx 12 to 15 lakhs. (Turn Key Cost – including fabrication, installation, equipments, machines, cash counter in short everything to start the business).

For an OTC (Over the Counter / Mall Counter of up to 300 sq.ft it would cost around 12 Lakhs to 15 Lakhs depending on the Menu you choose or the Menu the said Mall approves.

For a Lounge Model of 300 sq to 1000 sq.ft (Limited to Full Menu) it would cost around 16 to 25 Lakhs . These totals include an Initial Setup Fee of 5 Lakhs for a traditional Rollacosta. For more details refer to the ‘Business Models’ which we send to you after you fill up our Franchisee Inquiry Form.

We do not charge a Franchisee Fee, we charge a Setup Fee which is 3 to 5 Lakhs per unit, for any business models that you choose and this is for a 3 Year Franchisee contract which is renewable, this fee is for India only, for International Franchisee we charge a Setup Fee of $ 10,000 (USD). Against the Setup Fees you get a lot of deliverables from our end, the complete list of deliverables are mentioned in the Business Models document. The Royalty of Rollacosta is 4% of Net Turnover. This is partly used half yearly for group advertising and promotions, this has to be paid every month.

Finding the right location for your Rollacosta unit is one of the key factors that drive the success of your business. We can help you by identifying and approving trade areas that we believe fit our requirements. For this you have to sign the LOI (Letter of Intent) with us. Once you have done the same, our in house leasing team and various leasing tieup with PAN india presence can then help you find an available site as per your requirement (area, size and rent). While you are ultimately responsible for finding the appropriate location for your Rollacosta unit, we will review and approve every site.

The ideal space for a traditional, in–line Rollacosta unit is:
For Kiosk Model the space required is : 50 Sq feet to 100 sq.ft – and you can sell Rollacosta

Rollas, Shawarma, Burgers & Sandwiches in this space.
For Over The Counter / Mall Counter the space required is: 150 to 300 sq.ft – Limited to Full
For Small Stand Alone with limited seating the space could be: 300 to 500 sq.ft – Limited to Full
For a Rollacosta Concept the ideal size should be: 400 to 1000 sq.ft – Limited to Full Menu.

Our Menu consists of various kinds of Rollas, Shawarma, Grill Sandwiches, Pasta, Burgers, Main Course with Tea / Coffee Beverages & Ice Cream as Desserts. You may or may not get this full Menu as we approve the Menu depending on the size of the outlet & your budget.

In bigger OTC or Lounge Model, franchisee can go for full Menu. For the full menu, we need a minimum kitchen space of 300 sq.ft so if this space is available then the entire menu can be made in the kitchen.

Prices of the menu depends on the city, whether it’s a Metro, Tier II or Tier III city. Price of products are also decided after analyzing the competition and the market of the said outlet. Prices are different in each city! You will have a final say in deciding the price of all the products at your Rollacosta franchise outlet!

Our rates are different for each city, we will do a complete study of our competitors in and around your outlet before we launch. Also you will have the right to decide the price of the Menu items as per other outlets in your city; you will also have the right to increase the price later with our consent.

We have an extensive onsite training program where we train your entire team. During the training we cover all concerned topics like:
 Things to do before opening a Rollacosta Outlet.
 Cleanliness of the entire place
 Maintaining hygiene at all times
 Customer service for ensuring repetitive foot falls
 Managing & preparing orders
 Avoiding wastage
 Things to do while closing the
 Maintaining the day to day inventory
 Staff management etc.

Rollacosta requires that the franchise, an operating partner, or a general manager designated by the franchise take Rollacosta, full time, in-unit training program. This training program will teach you the day-to- day operation of your Rollacosta unit. In addition, our orientation program will explain in detail how you can leverage Rollacosta support center in areas such as marketing, real estate and development, IT and supply chain.

Rollacosta gives training on site before the official opening of the unit. Thus you save on the travel and accommodation expenses on your entire team. On Site training also helps the team as they get acquainted to the environment that they will work in. Costing of

We have established relationships with vendors who will guide you to the right products, equipment and small wares. We have also negotiated volume discounts on your behalf and we pass all of those savings on to you.

After signing of your franchise agreement, you will be in touch with your Region Franchise Manager / Director himself who is responsible for directly supporting you. You can count on your RFM for operational input and best practices from of other Rollacosta units. In addition,your RFM will visit you regularly to ensure we are meeting your needs and that you are maximizing the potential of your business.

On an ongoing basis, the Rollacosta Support Center will continue to drive the brand and support your efforts in areas of marketing and development, supply chain, and IT. Should you have questions or need help with issues in these areas, your RFM will put you in touch with the appropriate person at the Rollacosta support center.

Initially Yes, to understand your customers and sales Rollacosta – would prefer the franchise to initially work a minimum of one month in their store. After this period a further minimum number of hours per week are preferable to get the reports right, with our surveillance system and our in house X POS software you can be sure that sales are managed properly at all times even in your absence.
In some cases this may vary depending on your business experience and other commitments. Each individual case is discussed between both parties during the application stage.

Business performance and turnover can vary depending on size and demographics of each individual store location. Once a franchise application has been accepted, the company historical figures are discussed with the successful prospect.

Our experience from the operational Rollacosta outlets tells us that the franchises following the right practices and maintaining the recommended standards have found success in this business. The exact numbers will be a function of the outlet specific factors, e.g. strategic location and general business environment.

The new property lease is signed by you, the franchise. You also have to create your own company it can be proprietorship, partnership firm, Pvt Ltd company, LLP or anything as permitted by law. You have to decide a name for your company or you can run under your name as well. The name of your company has to be different i.e. it cannot be Rollacosta!

You may need a staff of 4, 6, 8 or even more employees, depending on the size and location of the (Kindly refer to the investment sheet). However, we will assist you in training them as required. We will also guide you as to how many employees you will need after seeing the location you have selected for Rollacosta! We will also guide you as to how you can get employees to work for you and how to create and manage your team.

As with any business, this depends on several factors. While choosing a great real estate site is important, the most important factor is you and the effort you invest into your business. While we cannot tell you how much money you will make, we will provide you detailed information on the financial performance of typical Rollacosta units in every city.

No. We believe that our business model is designed to yield high returns. The success of our running Outlets, the testimonials of our current partner’s and our expertise in the Rollacosta Business provide us with tremendous confidence in the same. Therefore, we do not offer any guarantee of a certain minimum return.
We do have great PR Team which helps you in day to day business. Our Rollacosta APP helps to generate revenue to added location via Delivery model. so that delivery orders are never lost in transit for non-receiving calls at the outlet.

Once you have filled out our LOI (Letter of Intent), the soft copy of the same will be mailed to you!

Yes. But only after Rollacosta – site selection process gives it a go ahead. This selection process takes into account many criteria crucial to locating a successful Rollacosta –

 Site selection for Rollacosta and acquisition of the same.
 Agreement and legal requirements that you need to take Rollacosta Franchisee.
 Construction, full design support, civil work and interiors of the Outlet, full assistance is provided for the project.
 Branding and print designs for the entire Rollacosta comes from our Head Office.
 Equipment and fabrication for the equipment’s to run the outlet are provided from our in house fabrication unit.
 Experienced support personnel for the training and launch of Rollacosta is provided.
 Extensive training and induction program is carried out on site before the launch of the Outlet.
 Operational & training manuals are provided to you via Login to help you understand the day to day activities that will happen during the operations.
 Online support infrastructure is provided.
 Menu designing is done and printed Menus are provided throughout the operations.

Yes. Opportunities can exist for franchises to purchase an existing store which is all readytrading. But currently no franchise is willing to sell his Rollacosta, you can send us a request and if any is available anytime, we will get in touch with you

In addition to plans for growth through domestic and international franchising, Rollacosta is attracting more customers by expanding its product offering. Rollacosta is currently in the process of launching an addition to their existing food platform that includes wraps, and flatbreads as these recipes are tried and tested in Black Orchids Pvt Ltd own trial Kitchen. All of these products meet the quality and health standards you expect from the Rollacosta brand. Ah yes, and they taste great!

Yes. Franchises who wish to purchase more than one location can take Multi Unit Franchise for certain areas in the cities. This help to get first mover advantage in the prime location of your city. We already do have franchises that are running more than 1 store themselves. Also franchise have opted for more of our brands Juice Lounge (Juice Bar Brand), Chaat OK Please (Street Food Brand), Vada Box (USP Vada Pav) which are also part of our group Black Orchids Private Limited.

4. Receive layouts / working drawings for the location and assistance in completion of site work through our approved contractors.

5. Receive and implement specifications on opening schedules orders, manpower requirements, and communication and training schedules from us.

6. Start work on the site.

7. Receive elaborate pre – opening training and operating modules from us.

8. Open your own Rollacosta, and establish and maintain the standardized business

operations at your Rollacosta.
